Hi, I’m Shel — and I’m so glad you’re here.
I created Shel-Xpressions as a space where emotions are not just allowed, but honored. A place where feeling deeply isn’t a flaw—it’s a form of wisdom. Through my own journey of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual alignment, I’ve come to believe that we don’t just have emotions, we’re meant to feel them and express them — fully, deeply, freely, and in ways that bring us closer to truth, not further from it.
You may have seen me dancing on the James Joyce bridge or on the Dublin City Council building 🙂 maybe even a video somewhere doing the same thing lol yet, I have come to innnerstand and through Human Design I really do have a general sense of Joy which can be noted in my chart holding the gate 58 defined or open and since I am exceptionally sensitive individual, it really should come as know suprise just how deeply I feel music and thus allow it to move me, move me into deep levels of joy.
